Nordic brands and agencies often need a partner who can combine creative display design, technical production knowledge and reliable delivery. CorPOS supports the full process: structural design, prototyping, material selection, production, finishing, packing and shipping.
We work with different materials, including plywood, wood-based boards, metal, cardboard, acrylic and plastics, so each display can be matched to the product, budget, campaign duration and retail environment.
Working with CorPOS gives you access to flexible European production, competitive pricing and a shorter supply chain compared with overseas manufacturing. We can deliver displays to your warehouse, marketing agency, distributor or directly to selected locations, depending on the project.
Sustainability is a decisive factor for Nordic retailers and brands. We design and manufacture POS displays with material choice, durability, recyclability and end-of-life in mind — so your in-store campaigns align with your ESG commitments and the expectations of Swedish, Norwegian, Danish and Finnish chains.
Plywood and cardboard sourced from responsibly managed forests, with full chain-of-custody documentation available for procurement and ESG teams.
Where possible, we design mono-material displays (e.g. fully recyclable corrugated cardboard) for clean disposal in Nordic recycling streams.
Plywood and metal constructions designed for multi-season reuse, refit and re-branding — reducing waste per campaign cycle.
Where the project allows, we use water-based inks, lacquers and adhesives to lower the environmental footprint of each display.
CAD nesting, flat-pack design and minimal packaging reduce material waste and shipping volume on routes to Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.
Components can be separated for sorting, recycling or refurbishment at end-of-life, supporting circular retail merchandising programmes.

A few representative projects showing how we adapt material, construction and logistics to the brand, category and retail environment.

A natural plywood display designed to host a refreshed range of premium dairy SKUs. We prototyped the construction to fit specific chilled-aisle dimensions, optimised the shelf load for heavier glass packaging and pre-assembled units for fast store deployment by merchandisers.

A durable metal stand engineered for a recurring promotional cycle across Sweden, Denmark and Germany. Branded panels are swappable per campaign, the base is shipped flat to reduce freight cost, and assembly is tool-free for chain-store staff.

A fully recyclable, printed cardboard display supporting a new skincare line launched in Nordic pharmacy and drugstore chains. Flat-packed and shipped store-ready to agency depots, with a structure tuned to small-format pharmacy aisles.

Dedicated landing pages for our Nordic specialisation, plus delivery across 37+ European countries on request. Local context, native-language intros and country-specific logistics.
You do not need to coordinate separate suppliers for wood, metal, cardboard, printing and assembly. CorPOS manages the complete production process through one experienced project team.
This makes the process easier, faster and more predictable — especially when your campaign requires different materials, custom finishing or delivery to several European markets.
Scandinavian buyers expect predictable lead times, transparent communication and documentation that holds up to procurement and sustainability review. Below is the operational framework we use to deliver retail display programmes to Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland — from a single floor stand to a multi-wave chain rollout.
We review your product, retail environment, target chains and campaign timing. For Nordic projects we confirm sustainability requirements (FSC, recyclability), preferred materials and any chain-specific planogram constraints up front.
Our designers and engineers prepare construction drawings, 3D visualisations and material specifications. We propose alternatives where they improve cost, stability or recyclability without compromising brand presence.
A 1:1 prototype validates dimensions, product fit, structural stability, assembly time and visual impact under real retail lighting. For Nordic clients we share prototype photos and short videos before approval.
Once approved, the production plan is locked: materials are ordered (including FSC-certified plywood and cardboard where required), CNC and printing slots are scheduled, and a confirmed delivery date is communicated.
Plywood, metal, cardboard and acrylic components are produced in-house. Keeping CNC cutting, powder coating, UV printing, thermoforming and assembly under one roof shortens lead times and reduces coordination risk.
Every batch passes a documented QC checklist — dimensions, finishing, print accuracy, structural stability, hardware completeness and assembly time. For larger Nordic rollouts we share QC photo reports before shipment release.
Finished displays can be stored in our European facility and shipped on call-off — useful for phased retail waves, regional rollouts and chain-by-chain deployments in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.
Road freight to Nordic destinations is typically 3–7 working days. We deliver to retail warehouses, agency depots, distributors, 3PL facilities or directly to selected stores, with consolidated paperwork for customs where applicable.
Standard POS displays arrive store-ready for tool-free deployment. For shop-in-shop fixtures and trade fair stands we organise on-site installation, technical handover and post-event dismantling across Scandinavia.
Background on the production, sustainability and logistics topics that come up most often in conversations with Nordic brands, agencies and retail buyers.
Sustainability is no longer a differentiator in Nordic retail — it is a baseline expectation. Swedish, Norwegian, Danish and Finnish chains increasingly require documented chain-of-custody for wood-based materials, and brand sustainability teams expect their POS suppliers to support those commitments without exception.
CorPOS produces POS displays from FSC®-certified plywood and FSC®-certified corrugated cardboard on request, with documentation available for procurement and ESG audits. Where the campaign allows, we recommend mono-material constructions that align with Nordic recycling streams, water-based inks instead of solvent-based finishes, and design-for-disassembly so components can be sorted at end-of-life.
The same logic applies to permanent fixtures: plywood and metal stands designed for multi-season reuse, with swappable branded panels, reduce material consumption per campaign cycle and lower the total environmental footprint of the programme.
Fast-moving consumer goods in the Nordic region operate in a concentrated retail landscape — ICA, Coop and Axfood in Sweden; NorgesGruppen, Coop Norge and REMA 1000 in Norway; Salling Group, Coop Danmark and Dagrofa in Denmark; S-Group and Kesko in Finland. Each chain has its own planogram standards, store formats and rollout rhythms, and POS displays need to fit those constraints without expensive rework.
We design floor stands, shelf-ready displays, shipper trays and end-cap units that are dimensioned for Nordic supermarket aisles, ship flat to reduce freight, and assemble tool-free so merchandisers and store staff can deploy them quickly. For multi-country FMCG rollouts we modularise constructions so the same chassis carries different branded panels per market or per campaign wave.
Trade fairs and brand activations across Scandinavia — Stockholmsmässan, Norges Varemesse, Bella Center in Copenhagen, Messukeskus in Helsinki — require an exhibition stand contractor that can combine design, fabrication and on-site installation under one contract. Local subcontracting per market multiplies risk and complicates communication.
CorPOS designs and manufactures custom exhibition stands and shop-in-shop fixtures in plywood, metal and composite materials, then organises transport, on-site assembly, technical handover and post-event dismantling across Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. The same project team owns the build from CAD through on-site handover, which keeps quality and timing predictable.
Compared with overseas production, manufacturing POS displays inside the European Union and shipping by road to Scandinavia shortens lead times from months to weeks, removes import duties and gives full visibility over the supply chain. Typical road transit from our facility to Nordic destinations is 3–7 working days, with consolidated paperwork for Norwegian customs where applicable.
For recurring Nordic programmes we offer short- and mid-term warehousing in our European facility, with scheduled call-off shipments to retail warehouses, agency depots, 3PL providers or directly to selected stores. This is particularly useful for phased rollouts across waves, regions or chain formats — common in seasonal FMCG campaigns and skincare launches in Nordic pharmacy and drugstore chains.
Not every product belongs on the same construction. Heavy glass bottles and multi-pack SKUs need plywood or powder-coated metal; short promotional waves are better served by printed corrugated cardboard; premium cosmetics often call for PMMA or PET with precision edges and UV print. Picking the right material per product is what makes a display work in real retail conditions.
Because plywood, metal, cardboard and acrylic production lines run under one roof at CorPOS, we can mix materials inside a single display — a metal frame with plywood shelves and printed cardboard inserts, for example — without coordinating multiple subcontractors. That keeps lead times short, hides fewer surprises in QC, and makes it easier to align a Nordic rollout with both budget and sustainability targets.
